Jay Park Singing "Up and Down" With What Looks Like A Real Party In His Pants

Jay Park an Asian-American singer, dancer, rapper, b-boy, music producer, songwriter, composer, model, choreographer and actor appears to have all sorts of crazy going on down in his crotch. I guess I'll just have to watch him more closely to decipher what exactly is going on down there.
