Idaho Woman Charged With Injury To A Child, Found To Have Had Sex With Four 15-Year-Olds

A 35-year-old Kuna, Idaho woman has been charged with two felonious counts each of injury to a child and lewd conduct after it was discovered that Courtney Sue Reschke had had sex with four 15-year-old boys. The teen-agers, all friends of her 10-year-old son, were each plied with alcohol before having sex with Reschke.

Reports indicate that her five-year-old child attempted to enter Reschke's bedroom while she was in the middle of having sex with one of the teens but ignored the child and continued to felate the young man.

Ada County Deputy Prosecutor Jean Fischer lead prosecutor attempted to set the bail at $750,000 but District Judge Cathleen MacGregor Irby ignored the petition and set the bail at $250,000 instead. Meanwhile, her defense attorney, David Stewart, appealed to the judge to let his client go free, aruging that she feared losing her job and be able to raise her children.

It became a moot point when the judge ban Courtney from having any further contact with people under 18.

Why the outrage, though? There as just as many teen-agers seeking sex with adults as there are adults who would love, love, love to have sex with a 15- or 16-year old. Except young people are more honest about. And why not? Plenty of countries allow young adults to make decision about their sexual freedom at 14, 15 and 16. I would recommend, however, that you have someone looking after the children.

But cue outrage anyway.
