How The Supreme Court Ruling on The Health Care Law Will Impact Gay Porn (NSFW)

Now that the Roberts court has effectively settled the constitutionality of President Obama's Affordable Care Act in today's historic 5-4 ruling, many in the gay porn industry are asking: Will studios, exploitative by their very nature, begin offering a health benefit for their exclusive players as required by law?

I don't know. In fact, I don't actually know if anyone is asking that question but it sounded good when I wrote it just now and I didn't want to be  the only person who didn't have something important-sounding to say about the Roberts court effectively settling the constitutionality of President Obama's Affordable Care Act. Further, I don't even know if that's the right question to ask.

What I do know is that the floor is a strange place to put a large-screen TV and giant, plastic skull medallions are just not cool on anyone.

Except maybe for kids on, say, Halloween.

Fratmen's Not-Segregationist EbonyU.com Plans Upgrade in Late Summer

I wonder about a lot of things. I wonder where I'd like to travel to with the time I have left on this planet. I wonder about the amends I neeed to make for today. I wonder if it was a mistake to buy that birdfeeder I have out on my patio since 95% of the bird seed ends up on the ground.

But lately I've been wondering what in the world ever happened to EbonyU.com, Fratmen's black sister site that features hot, athletic black men doing exactly the same things that you'll find on the Fratmen family of adult sites but only...in the absence of white guys.

You see, black guys need their own site free from the constraints that white people have impressed upon them. Black men need the freedom to masturbate (and hopefully, someday, fuck each other) far, far away from the fraternal oppression of their white overlords who feel that the host site - Fratmen.com - is too limiting. Too, shall I just say it, white.

After all, black men have their own demographic and it seems only fair to allow their fans  the privileges that come with subscribing to a site catering to black, non-thug-y and athletic looking finds. In fact, may I be so bold as to suggest that having these young black models featured on Fratmen.com would somehow  appear too racially insensitve, given the long, fraught history black men have had in the gay porn industry? 

After all, as white people increasingly become the minority in this country, shouldn't black people acknowledge white peoples' sexual right to have their own websites? Isnt' that what America is all about?

(Editor's note: I spoke with a representative of Fratmen the other day and he assured me that we can expect fairly regular updates later this summer so hang on to your loose change for a little bit longer.)
